Coordination and Planning

Coordination deposits allow us to begin working closely with you on the planning of your Maui wedding, reception and/or group event.

• Maui Wedding Coordination Deposit - $850
• Maui Wedding Reception or Event Coordination Deposit - $850
• FCW service fee - 20% on all services

Rehearsals - $175/hr

We highly recommend rehearsals for bridal parties of 6 or more (including bride and groom). Additional fees may be added at certain locations to reserve site. Some locations are unable to reserve rehearsal space until 7 days prior to wedding date.

Site Visits

• Site Touring Fees - $100 per hour (includes driving time)
• Menu or cake tasting - $100 per hour plus cost of samples (includes driving time)
