Custom Photography Packages allow you to choose the crème de la crème of Hawaii’s most prominent photographers. They can also provide you with more flexibility as to what is included in the package. These packages are more expensive than the standard packages; however, they can often provide a better value and may end up saving money in the long run. Available for A La Carte wedding packages only.
Standard Photography Packages are included in the FCW Wedding packages. Standard options include photographers who are able to work within a set package at a discounted rate which includes a number of prints and a basic album. Basic upgrades can be made to include additional coverage time, black & white photos, and/or a second assistant photographer before the weddings date. Additional upgrades can be added to these packages after the wedding such as professionally produced albums, additional prints, and other options. Your photographer will go over the details and upgrade options after the wedding.

Cinematography
A professionally produced wedding movie is one of the most important keepsakes of your wedding day. Commercially trained wedding cinematographers are wedding specialists using the latest techniques and cutting edge technology. Please note: If you are holding a reception back home, it takes an average of 3-6 weeks to receive your video. Rush options are not available.

Cinematography Styles
Professional produced wedding movies can be customized to include a variety of different styles including:
Cinema Vérité: A technique of documentary filmmaking in which the camera record events without directional control. This technique also utilizes subject narratives to help depict emotion. The visuals are embellished with audio captured through an interview process both on and off camera, resulting in a truly intimate and personal account of the event.
Cinematic Method: Heavily infused with 8mm film (an “antique” looking style of film). Dramatic music sores and compelling imagery create a timeless yet nostalgic feel to the movie. Non-linear editing is intended to create a unique vignette of the event in opposition to a chronological story telling approach to the movie.
Progressive: An accumulation of many different story-telling techniques. The progressive method is fresh, hip, and always evolving. Artistic license is taken to a new level by thinking outside the box, and is valued for its creative interpretation of the event. It is not a formula but rather a fusion of different styles with a contemporary twist. It is never cliché or contrived, simply put; it is progressive.
Documentary Style: The most simplistic method of capturing your event. It is factually accurate and contains no fictional elements. The story is edited in a very linear fashion with events unfolding in the order they took place. This method presents more real time visuals and utilizes audio captured on location. Aesthetic effects are generally not part of a documentary movie. Solid camera work and clean editing is a staple of this “safe” storytelling method.
