Private Catering

Whether you prefer a traditional Hawaiian, Contemporary American, or Pacific-Rim inspired cuising, your dining experience is an integral part of your wedding day. First Class Weddings works with Maui's premiere catering companies to create a memorable evening inspired by your personal taste and imagination.

Menus: The possibilities are as endless as your imagination; however, if you need assistance along the way, First Class Weddings can guide you by providing catering menus and ideas to inspire your very own custom menu. Plated, buffet, or family-style dining is available. Your coordinator can advise as to what option would work best for your location.

Beverages: Create a signature cocktail, select your wines and campagnes from a wide variety of selections, or allow our expert chefs and sommeliers to recommend their ideal pairings.

Fees: There are often additional fees associated with privately catered events, so it is important to keep these in mind when planning your special day. These items can inlcude (but are not limited to): lighting, rentals, set-up & delivery fees, staffing, gratuituy, etc... Each event is unique; therefore, priving varies depending on your personal selections. Your event coordinator will be happy to provide you with pricing details and menu options.

Restaurants

After evaluating your needs we would be happy to make one recommendation at no charge and provide you with the contact information and web site.

Custom Restaurant Assistance

For an additional fee of $150, First Class Weddings offers a service to further assist you in selecting your restaurant venue. This service includes:

-Providing photos and information on selected restaurant locations
-Detailed private dining options
-Checking restaurant availability
-Re-confirming your reservation prior to your arrival

For additional menu planning, table configuration or changes to your confirmed reservations you will need to contact the restaurant directly. Centerpieces, favors, place cards and other table enhancements can be provided by First Class Weddings, Inc. just let us know what your needs are and we would be happy to get you a quote.

Private Dining

Custom dinner arrangements can be made on the beach with your own personal gourmet chef or in a private area overlooking the ocean for approx. $495 and up per couple.

Hawaiian Luau

• Old Lahaina Luau | Adults $92, Children $62 (12 and under)
• Feast of Lele Luau Adults $110, Children $80 (12 and under)
• Honua'ula at the Wailea Marriot | Adults $88 Children $53 (12 and under)
• Maui Sunset Luau at the Maui Prince Hotel - Tues, Wed, Thurs | Adults $88, Children $53
• Group rates are available for 15 or more.
• Private Luau entertainment can be arranged starting at $2,000. Please inquire for a custom quote.
• Public Luau receptions conflict with sunset weddings due to scheduled timing.
• Reserved Seating is limited so please inquire for more details and luau schedules.

Wedding Cakes

The prices below are the minimum charges based on standard flavors and the chef's choice of wedding cake design. Your wedding coordinator will obtain a quote for you based on custom requests (prices will vary depending on the wedding location and the size of your group).

• Single Tier 6" (serves 10) $150
• Single Tier 10" (serves 15) $200
• Double Tier 6" and 9" (serves 20+) $275
• Larger Cakes require custom quotes
• Fresh Floral/Top Tier/Cake Topper $75 and up
• Wedding Cake on the Beach - Add an additional $250 to the above prices for the inclusion of rentals, delivery, setup and removal.

Resort Cakes

If you're getting married at a resort, it is required that your wedding cake comes from the resort where you are getting married. The standard wedding cake design is the chef's choice and varies at each location. Special wedding cake requests are also welcome and your wedding coordinator will obtain a quote for you.

Upgrade and Speciality Cakes

If you would like to order a custom designed wedding cake with special icing, cake flavors, shapes, handcrafted flowers etc, submit a photo of a wedding cake that you would like to duplicate. The photo is then submitted to the pastry chef for a custom quote.

Sparkling Cider

• Apple Cider $20 + per bottle
• Sparkling Beverage $60+ per bottle
• Keepsake Crystal Flutes $75
• Custom Engraved Flutes $65 (includes names, date and Maui Hawaii)
• Engraved in gold Add $45
• Engraved with dolphins or hearts Add $20
• Ice Water Service $75 + up per station
